I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CBT), Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist and I am accredited by the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). and I help people to manage and overcome the emotional, psychological and often distressing effects of: Anxiety, Depression, Burnout, Low Self-Esteem, Physical Trauma, Psychological Trauma (survivors of emotional, physical and sexual abuse), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Suicidal Ideation and Self-Harm, Family and Relationship Issues, Life Changing Health Issues and Family Carer Burden. I also support victims of crime to recover from the impact of their experience.

Hi, my name is Sharon Deering. I am a qualified, IACP accredited Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, and CBT Therapist. I have a successful record of working with adults who are currently experiencing bereavement and loss, anxiety, stress, depression, low levels of confidence and self-esteem, anger, family and relationship difficulties, health and well-being challenges, suicidal ideation and many more issues. In addition, I work with couples assisting them in navigating their way through presenting difficulties, supporting them in being heard and understood.
