Testimonials

The following are Midlands Counselling Clinic Google My Business verified and unsolicited reviews published directly by satisfied clients:

Brian thank you for everything, there is a lot. Your simple words, guidance, explanations, and examples has helped me really find who I am, and I’m becoming more and more happy with who I am. In turn, everything around me is making me happier and I’m loving life more day by day. I’m so grateful for what I have and for the time you gave me. I would highly, highly recommend your service. It’s good to have the chats. 🙂

————————————–

I began attending Midlands Counselling Clinic in February due to my then frequent panic attacks and overall general anxiety. Over a course of 11 or 12 sessions I can say that these symptoms have become very manageable and I am living a much higher quality of life. For me, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) helped me understand myself and why I was experiencing the anxiety and panic attacks. This along with the support, tools, guidance, information and expertise of my CBT therapist Brian Walsh, I have learned to manage my anxiety and panic attacks. These are no longer an issue for me. Dealing with anxiety is something that we all experience at different stages of our lives, this is a normal and healthy response. But if you feel that it is inhibiting your well-being, the best thing you can do is to go and talk to someone about it. I would highly recommend the Midlands Counselling Clinic to anyone who is considering counselling. Going here to do something about my situation was one of the best decisions of my life and the skills that I learned can be reused throughout my life.

I have had a very similar experience to the previous poster. Anxiety had been debilitating me for as long as I could remember. Some days I would struggle to leave the house. I came to Brian for help and I was amazed at the results. He helped me understand where my anxiety came from and what it was. He showed me ways to control it and lessen it at it’s highest. I can’t describe the difference between who I was and how I felt before and after I spent a year in therapy with him. It was one of the best decisions I ever made contacting him. Anyone feeling like they need help with their mental health should pick up the phone. Thank you Brian.

I had been suffering with anxiety and depression for some time and decided to go see Brian. I did about 14-16 sessions dealing with various things and working through each situation, it was a pleasure dealing with Brian who helped me greatly to a point where I no longer suffer with panic attacks and am back to living a higher quality of life due to him and his work, he was very understanding and helpful and I’d highly recommend him to anyone that needs therapy or counselling.
